the strong form is used:

(1) for emphasis
e.g., You must give me more time.

(2) when the word is being contrasted with another word
e.g., This email is from him, not to him.

(3) when it is being pronounced alone or cited
e.g., You shouldn’t put “and” at the end of a sentence.

(4) (applicable to some) when it occurs at the end of a  sentence
e.g., Cycling is what I’m fond of.

注意：某些有strong form的詞（ pronouns）在句末 一般讀 weak form (e.g., I’ve met her.)
